How is shipping insurance calculated?
Insurance is automatically included and covers door-to-door handling.
Your products are insured up to the point of delivery. Upon delivery they become your responsibility. Frozen Palms does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party including without limitation any delays which may be caused by any fulfilment houses which we may use. As soon as you have received the products, you will assume all risk in the products, as already mentioned above. We require a signature for any goods delivered. Frozen Palms is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
When will my order ship and be delivered?
Processing and shipping times vary according to the purchased item, its origin, and the shipping destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days. If an item is customized or made to order, such as all hand knotted art rugs, the lead time is 16-24 weeks. Hand tufted art rugs ships within 12 weeks. The tracking number of your order will be available once your order as been shipped. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

How are VAT and duties calculated on my purchase?
VAT will be applied upon check out. Customs duties or other local taxes may have to paid to the courier upon delivery of your order. They will be payable by the customer and raise of its whole responsibility as well in terms for declarations as for payments to the authorities qualified organisms for your country. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
